DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Once the Order Confirmation has been sent, the Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the User when placing the Order within approximately 24 to 72 hours from the working day following the day of purchase.

The Company accepts no liability whatsoever when the Product cannot be delivered because the details provided by the User are false, inaccurate or incomplete, or when delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the courier company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the User or the Product being held at Customs.

Delivery times are approximate, although the Company tries to keep to them.

Shipping costs shall be borne by the User as set out on the shipping and returns page.
