It all starts with a comprehensive eye exam tailored to you. Our opticians will clearly explain the results and answer any questions you may have.
2. Courtesy contact lenses, chosen for you
Based on your prescription and visual needs, we will provide you with complimentary trial contact lenses, carefully selected by our specialists.
3. Try them out with no obligation
You'll try the contact lenses comfortably for a period of time (as recommended by our opticians). Afterwards, you can share your experience with us.
4. Are you comfortable yet? Perfect! All that's left is to place your order
If you've been comfortable with the courtesy contact lenses and can insert and remove them without a problem, no additional adaptation is necessary. You'll just need to place your order whenever you wish!
But if you want to:
- Try other models or brands to find the most comfortable for you
- Learn how to insert, remove, or clean contact lenses correctly
- Receive more detailed follow-up and advice from our opticians
Then we recommend a personalized fitting, at a cost of €25, which is deducted from the total if you purchase your contact lenses at LUPER.
5. They didn't convince you? No problem
If you haven't felt comfortable with the contact lenses, we will inform you about other alternatives without any obligation.
