The educational project organized by LUPER Ópticas y Audiología, INFO, and CEEIM held its final phase at CaixaBank's headquarters in Murcia, awarding the student with the most imagination in the Region of Murcia.
A group of 5,957 primary school students and 268 teachers from 81 schools throughout the Region of Murcia participated in a competition that rewarded the creativity of students between 6 and 12 years old, with the aim of fostering their curiosity and critical spirit.
The competition also aimed to raise awareness among primary school children about the progressive increase in myopia among the child population, partly due to the use of electronic devices, and the importance of ensuring healthy vision by looking up from these types of devices.
The competition held its first edition and was organized by the Region of Murcia, the Institute for Development (INFO), the European Center for Business and Innovation of Murcia (CEEIM), and LUPER Ópticas y Audiología, with the collaboration of CaixaBank and Instituto 42.
The final of the competition took place at the CaixaBank headquarters on Gran Vía Escultor Salzillo in Murcia, where a jury of experts in business entrepreneurship, creativity, and design, among other disciplines, recognized the most creative student of the event.

JERÓNIMO GUERRERO GONZÁLEZ from the "Your Creative Gaze" competition was chosen from among the ten students who advanced to the final phase, after being selected by a popular jury from all the creative entries submitted on the web platform set up for this purpose. Jerónimo won a trip to DisneyLand Paris for four people, specifically two adults and two children.
During the awards ceremony, the teacher who mentored the winning student was also recognized with two nights for two people at Asia Gardens Hotel & Thai Spa, as were all teachers who participated with a group of 15 or more students, who received LUPER sunglasses.
LUPER is a 100% Murcian optics and audiology company that has been participating in various activities of the European center since 2019, in its commitment to corporate social responsibility, applied to entrepreneurship at early ages and in the technological field.
CEEIM approaches this competition within the framework of the UPAi 2023 Project, which is financed with FEDER funds from the European Union, through aid from the Institute for Development of the Region of Murcia aimed at promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
